Questo nuovo strumento, che induce tutti coloro che guidano le auto, ad essere più prudenti per mantenere una velocità di viaggio, entro i limiti, è stato introdotto su 2600 Km di carreggiata autostradale ( fonte sito autostrade) ed ha permesso di ridurre il tasso di incidenti del 19 %, di quelli con feriti del 27 %, abbassando il tasso di mortalità di ben un 51 %.

I veicoli che violano i limiti, attraverso gli archivi della Motorizzazione, vengono associati al proprietario dell’auto; il sistema compila e stampa il verbale, che verrà poi recapitato al responsabile dell’infrazione stradale.

Questo per un discorso di trasparenza e di prevenzione, ricordiamo che il limite di velocità che la nostra auto può raggiungere, è di 130 Km orari in autostrada, che diminuisce a 110 Km orari nei casi di ridotta visibilità causata da forte pioggia.
